Endeavour Parkside   The schematic design and architectural drawings of Endeavour Parkside are 90% complete, setting the stage for the permitting process to begin.  The $70-million, 34 story residential condominium tower, located along NASA Parkway adjacent to Clear Lake Park, will begin preselling the units in April.  Construction is slated to Fall of 2007.    Endeavour Parkside will feature luxury building amenities, including an on-site concierge, 24- hour fitness center, rooftop lounge and terrace, and a courtesy boat dock.    The Endeavour Parkside units will have a 10 foot ceiling whereas the Endeavor Clear Lake has 12 foot ceilings in their units.   Credit~~~Info courtesy of Endeavour Lifestyles magazine.   Endeavour Marina     Endeavour Marina to redevelop and expand. Endeavour Holdings recently closed on a deal that gives it 100% ownership of Endeavour Marina on clear Lake, located at 3101 NASA Parkway.  Next on the horizon - a redevelopment project that includes the purchase of more than 15 acres of contiguous waterfront property in Seabrook.  Endeavour Holdings will upgrade the existing marina facilities.  In addition, plans include a mixed-use project.  Options currently being considered for the mixed-use project include a Class A office building, luxury hotel, public boardwalks along the waterfront, retail and a residential high-rise condominium.  Once completed, the project will be a showcase destination for residents and visitors.   Credit~~~Info courtesy of Endeavour Lifestyles magazine.
