• Communication with the buyer or seller 
  
• Communication with the Title Company to ensure Title has been opened, payoff & funding received and closing date confirmed
  
• Interface with the the other agents involved
  
• Communicate with mortgage companies involved to ensure proper documentation and timelines are met
  
• Confirm appraisal has been ordered, received and reviewed by appropriate parties
  
• Confirm receipt of earnest monies
  
• Note mandatory membership in HOA addendum and order resale certificates if required
  
• Coordinate inspection dates and property access
  
• Coordinate estimates for repairs
  
• Confirm buyer credit results
  
• Verify Survey has been ordered and received by appropriate parties
  
• Follow-up on completion of work orders or treatments (mechanical, structural, termite)
  
• Coordinate final walk-thru
  
• Review copies of documents for detail and accuracy
